My grandchildren are visiting so I purchased a deal for a Putt and Play outting. After I completed the purchase I discovered the paperwork for the deal would take 7-10 days to get to me. My grandkids would be long gone by then. I wrote customer service to either get an ************************** certificate or a refund. ***************************** responded to my request quickly and issues a refund right away. This was much better than I expected. Would not hesitate to use Incentrev-N again.

I purchased two vouchers for a theater show and the computer charged me for two other vouchers, which was never purchased or needed. Contacted the customer service department, by email, explained what happened and they responded within 24 hours. After several emails, pictures of the voided vouchers, my refund credit has been processed. I have used this organization, a number of times, with no problems. In December 2023 I purchased a five pack of Acadian village tickets. They never arrived. I luckily spoke to someone in ********* not affiliated with Sweet deals or instant rev and they donated me five tickets. I have yet to receive a refund or tickets deals now someone say I shouldve learned my ****** but here we are in May 2024 and I figured hey Ill give them one more try so I purchased buy one get one free stamps **** forever stamps they took my money. Sent me a confirmation number a week later, I have a tracking number from the post office here we are three weeks after they sent me a tracking number and the tracking number says awaiting acceptance if I could give this company less than one star I would I do not understand how businesses like this or still in business. Do you research with these companies? If you cant get someone on the phone dont buy from them luckily I have a wonderful bank and I will probably get my money back.Sweetdeals.com

I bought gift certificates for El Patrons off of sweet deals. My husband and I went last night and tried to use them and the owner /manage said he could not accept them. He said that he never gave permission for sweet deals to use his logo or this offer. He said that he makes no money only sweet deals makes moneySweetdeals.com
