  I signed up for their in home program early October I paid for 4 sessions. The first session had to be reschedule due to the tutor being told the wrong location even though the app confirmed my office location. We reschedule but tutor did not show again, they r/s to Sat. Tutor arrived 30 minutes late but stayed for the entire hour. The next appointment no call no show. I emailed the help desk no response. Another week passed another no call no show. At this point the semester is over my son is not receiving the tutoring we signed up for. I demanded a refund and all they keep saying is we will escalate but it doesn't go anywhere. This place is unprofessional, bad business practices. I

  I have to admit I normally don’t write reviews but I feel like it’s needed because this company saved my 12th grader from failing and actually helped him pass the 12th grade when he wasn’t even motivated initially. His tutor not only was very knowledgeable but connected with him in a way that literally made him feel happy again and confident. I really am so happy that I found intellatutor because I just don’t know what we Would have done without them! I highly recommend this tutoring company, they go out of their way to show they really care

  Ok. Yes I’m lazy with reviews and yes this is going to be long but you need to know. To you - the student thinking you can’t get this - To parents - thinking why are there no resources but a teacher who is not accessible. This will change the game. We had been telling our 16yr old that she just had to try harder or get use to difficult teachers - you know like we were told. What resulted was her having weekly breakdowns and panic attacks thinking she was the problem or wasn’t smart enough. Both her dad and I just felt helpless. Then out of the blue a sign on the street said “tutor” and we blew it off for a whole week. Then just as usual - another test another panic attack. And tomorrow another test. She called friends, emailed the teacher, and googled khan. Nothing. Well tonight I just had enough and suddenly remembered that sign - dialed the number with my head in my hands thinking it was another dead end. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Marvin got us set up and the tutor was online in minutes. They connected with each other instantly. The tutor, Tieu Anh, guided her straight into it. And then in a matter of minutes it was like they knew each other all along! Finishing each others sentences. My husband and I could believe our ears. They worked it together. They spoke the same precalculus language! They laughed at the same time - they thanked each other! She said she knows now that she can do this. My daughter cried tears of relief and confidence and thanked me. ******** and ****** had managed to change the whole mood of our home and gave us hope. And all they did was listen..And!!! All this in 30 minutes!

  Total scam. They told me that it was $45 for $45 minutes then $53 for an hour. They billed us with an invoice for $65 an hour which I didn't think was that big of a deal. They said if we weren't satisfied with the sessions they would give us a complete refund. We paid the invoice which they required before they would schedule the sessions. We were scheduled for 10:00 the next day. They confirmed that they got payment the night before and that they were scheduling it. No word about any scheduling conflict. Then 2 minutes before 10:00 they texted me and said they were going to be late. I said how late. They said an hour that there was a scheduling conflict. We couldn't make it at 11:00 and to just cancel and give us a refund. Then the phone calls started. We repeatedly had to tell them that we just wanted a refund and didn't want to do business with them. They said they can't do a refund unless we have the sessions first. At 11:24 their tutor showed up and they called us and told us we had to have the session. I said we've already cancelled and then the incessant phone calls started about why we wouldn't be getting a refund. This is a total scam. Do not use these people and most of all don't give them any money up front.
