- Additional Info:BBB was notified by the Georgia Department of Law, Consumer Protection Unit regarding Brookhaven Title Holder Inc.'s Corporation reinstatement filing with the Georgia Secretary of State. Brookhaven Title Holder Inc. had administratively dissolved in December of 2015.
In January of 2016 the business reinstated the corporation filing changing the principal officer to Ms. Donna G Houser, CEO, CFO. Previously, this title was held by Mr. Jed S. Beardsley.
BBB contacted Mr. Beardsley to verify the reinstatement information. Mr. Beardsley confirmed Brookhaven Title Holder, Inc. is no longer in operation and did not agree to it's reinstatement.
Mr. Beardsley claims the business is operating fraudulently and without his authorization.
