    For starters I have been coming here for 3 years and I trusted them. In November 2022 I called them simply because my car would not start and was making a clicking sound. Ive had this issue with previous cars so I KNEW it was the starter, I called good year and let them know I needed my starter replaced so I will have my car towed there. They stated it had to be diagnosed first, so I stated that was fine and had it towed there that day. Later on this day I get a call that says its my *** and the total is a little over $****, I reply no its definitely the starter. After a few back and fourths I agree to pay **** to get the *** fixed. The next day I go to retrieve my car only to find out that its WASNT the ***. **** stated When we changed the *** it didnt start but when we changed the starter it crunk up, I then reply of course because like I stated it WAS the starter. ***** I actually got him on video stating those exact words and I am moving forward with legal action. On top of all of this I paid **** to have a couple of oil leaks repaired and guess what, its leaking from the oil pain AGAIN. I am a struggling mom just trying to keep transportation and I went through h*** to get **** only to be played like that. Its 6 months later and they refuse to refund me for THEIR mistake!

    Upon initial inspection of this vehicle, the first problem found was that there was no power to the starter, in which case it would be impossible to determine if the starter was in fact bad or not. The ************************ Module (****), which has the starter relay built in to it, had failed causing this condition. We never claimed the *** to be bad, nor did we replace it. The **** on Chrysler vehicles is a very common failure item and causes a variety of different problems. After replacing the ****, thus restoring power to the starter, it was then determined that the starter was indeed also bad. This is also not uncommon. Had we just replaced the starter initially the vehicle would still not have cranked, of course, since there was no power being sent to the starter. The vehicle unfortunately needed both of these components replaced as both components were tested and verified to have failed. We have always practiced a step by step method to repairing vehicles in the best interest of our customers to ensure that we do not replace any parts that are not necessary. This vehicle simply had two related failed electronic components.With regards to oil leaks, we would love the opportunity to inspect the vehicle to see what may be leaking. It has been 9 months since oil leak repairs were made and we were unaware of any problems until now. All repairs performed here carry a 2 year/ 24,000 mile warranty on parts and labor.
