    This company has horrible customer service. I canceled my sons phone service like a week ago and took his number to a different company. Here it is 7/8 days later of me trying to get the Bark apps off his phone so that he can have it for school and all this company is doing is emailing me send tickets and not addressing the issue. They don't have a technical department and no one there seems to know anything!!! Don't buy your kid a phone from them

    Hi there, I hope you are doing well today. I am sorry to hear it has been such a frustrating experience for you. One of our manager's has reached out offering a call at your convenience to assist you in walking through the technical steps to remove **** from the phone, but I wanted to share that again here just in case that email had not come through. We would be more than happy to assist you if you can provide a few days and times that would work well for you in the email thread with our team. We do have a technical team, but unfortunately the technical steps we sent you are incredibly specific and have to be followed exactly to remove Bark from the phone. Missing even one step would lead to the situation your phone is currently in which is why we shared the guide with a walkthrough of each step. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to support you as you transition to another carrier.

    I have Canceled this as soon as I realized it was misleading. I got a charge of ***** then today I seen a charge for ***** on my Bank Account. I sent their silly box back that they sent me and I did not want. Now to get my money back again. I have to try to get in my account and delete my Bank Info and that in itself is hard to get to for some reason.

    I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced regarding the billing issue related to the refurbishment fees for the leased device. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any frustration this may have caused you. We take such matters seriously, and I want to assure you that we would be happy to investigate any disputed fees via our billing team at *************** if you believe you were billed in error. It appears that the charge in question was connected to refurbishment fees for a leased device that had been damaged. Our intention with such charges is to fairly assess the cost of repairs required to restore the device to its original condition. However, if you disagree with the assessment we are always happy to review via our billing team. Our goal is to provide a seamless and reliable service to all of our customers, and we deeply regret that this incident has fallen short of those standards. Once again, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by the misunderstanding regarding the refurbishment fees.
