      If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a unit with Storage Post for over a decade due to their claim that they had climate controlled units. In theory, this should've given me peace of mind but instead it was a nightmare. For over 10 years I had also been paying all of their increases and the additional insurance coverage for an extra fee. Most recently, I found my items were damaged and I filed a claim. They not only took a long time to respond but denied my claim entirely. No remorse, no accountability, not even an apology. After seeing my items being damaged, why on earth would I continue to pay them, I indicated my wish to vacate the unit minus the damaged items (as outlined on their claims form, you were not allowed to remove the damaged items), I contracted COVID and spoke with the manager as I ended up needed a few more days to clear the unit out. I paid for those additional days. However, they continue calling/emailing me to bill for something I made clear was vacated. You would think after having them rob me for over 10 years and damaging my items it would be enough but it's not for them. I have repeatedly asked them to cease and desist all communication with me. I would NOT recommend this facility if you plan on storing anything of meaning. If you want to store junk and pay an absurd amount of $ to do so, go ahead but in that case I suggest a dumpster. You have been warned!

      terrible customer service!We had our stuff in ********************** for 4+ years but when we came to take out our stuff on the 21st we found a lock on it, ( our bill was due that 19 and it was paid also we should really get refunded for that too since it doesnt make sense to pay a full month just for 2 days we had emailed storage post notifying our move out date but they ignored ) after spending hours on phone with customer services and even gotten a number to the manager we got nowhere and the mover had to charge us for coming down . The next day Monday he returned to find the lock still wrongfully on! The lame excuse was their employer was sick !!!This is not excusable I should have access to my storage at all time This thing costed us $2000 extra , moving is expensive enough this made it very unpleasant! Think twice before storing at the suffern location

      Theft rampant at storage unit. Lost over ****** in personal belonging. Issue is that storage post did nothing to increase camera servilance or to increase security amid a increase in these break in. I watched how easy my lock was cut. And how easy to wheel out my stuff. *********** location is probably only maintained by a person in the lobby. Be aware of the dangers. I did not think Christmas stockings with my and my childs name were valuable but the thieves took them. Our civilization is doomed. *********** police, female agent was rude as f u ?? K. She kept asking do you want our help?? Crime is everywhere people.

      Been a customer for over 6 years. Had two units merged and now have one. My unit was ****** per month was charged for insurance but I have my own insurance with State Farm. Received a written email notice that my rent is going up to ****** per month from ****** per month. Never in 6 years received a increase like that before. Yes **** increase per month but not anything like this. The notice stated ****** per month and mysteriously jumped to 450,00 per month after I made a payment online. I was told its based on the going rate of similar units. Im not a new renter there and why should I be high jacked after 6 years and be ripped off for someone who has been there all this time. The increase is very excessive and it will be reported to the *** attorney generals office. The manager told me I should hear from her no later then Wed never happened I had to call her again and still as of this writing have not heard from anyone. Times are bad enough and I dont need this when it seems like everything is going up but the problem is all these businesses are jumping on the bandwagon out of greed. And thats what you call runaway inflation which is unwarranted.
