"I am writing in the behave of my 89year old grandmother whos benefits were stopped last October we have been going in to the office numerous times we have submitted documents that were asked for numerous times each and every time we walk in to the ******** office with my grandmother they dont even brother that acknowledge or confirm her identity each and every time we have to explain why we are there as none knows whats going on with the employees at the office lack empathy for senior citizens they are very rude and dismissive and disrespectful of the issues we are wanting to have resolved." ...
