RNN has a team of employment verification agents in Atlanta that calls each employer to confirm employment status. Note we do not ask for payroll information. Only current work status - are they still employed? Under our security policy, we are not allowed to give the client name to the phone verification agents. Our agents have a script that once they confirm the individual, they provide a Reference ID and direct them to the RNN website www.rnngroup.com to request the client information from our compliance team. Our compliance team responds within 24 hours."
