      I returned an Osmo TopDetect 2.0 on Aug. 6, 2024 because it did not perform as advertised (didn't detect known cameras or magnets, so I would not expect it to detect hidden ones either.) I followed all of the steps outlined in Osmo's return policy. I carefully packaged it and returned it, complete and undamaged, and emailed the **** tracking # to Osmo Customer Support on August 6. The tracking # shows that it was delivered to the specified address at 3:26 pm on August 8. The only responses to my several subsequent email inquiries about my refund have been "Once the return is complete and our warehouse confirms that the product is in resalable condition, we'll process your full refund". I don't understand why I have to wait any longer to receive a refund on an item that I returned because it did not perform as advertised (it's been 7 weeks since Osmo received my return on August 8). Does Osmo intend to resell that TopDetect to someone else knowing that it does not perform as advertised? This poor quality product and ongoing delay does not speak well for ****, its products, or its customer support. Based on what has happened so far, **** is not a company that I would recommend doing business with.

      I bought a Osmo reading adventure set. It seemed like a great product and concept but the progression was a bit too fast and not linear for my son who got frustrated with it. Lo and behold - you CANNOT unsubscribe from their website, it is not working. Also, surprise, they don't offer returns despite the website not working to allow unsubscribe. I didn't realize I was not unsubscribed when i clicked 'unsubscribe' the first month and I got billed for another month of product after I thought I had done it. The customer service told me they were not aware of this and (supposedly) manually unsubscribed me. Not pleased as the subscription was expensive. I have never left a negative review on the BBB but I can't believe they will not give me a return on an issue that was their website's fault. That being said the product is great and innovative, why does it have to be paired with a negligent or possibly predatory purchase model.
