  THIS IS NOT A BUISNESS YOU WANT TO SHOP AT!!!!!!! They have defective engineer hardwood flooring, the displays show totally different than what is in box. Only thing they wanted to do is give us back $84.00 back but had to spend it in their store lol yeah right!!! If this continues this store will close because no one will buy from them. There is so many bad reviews on this store. Also they are not recognized by the BBB so that tells you something. Our floor layer has to come again to lay new floor and we have to pay for it twice. Crazy Crazy!!!! Word of mouth is everything!!!!

  Great look, BUT dont be fooled, the tile that was delivered had spots of botches of color that wasnt blended correctly. I was lucky to find 3 good out of a box of 8. They even tried to slip someone elses broken, mudded tile in between sealed boxes on my skid. Go somewhere else.

  Never provide an email to this totally unprofessional and dishonest business. We were asked at check out once for our email address, and since that date get constant nagging emails (with no option to unsubscribe) at the bottom of the emails. We have contacted their offices by phone and chat, and they state they have turned off the email, but they continue to send spam and lots of it.

  If you try to pay value the website they won't honor in store pricing. However there is nothing in there conditions to indicate this. I had neither the time nor patience.

  I purchased a good amount of engineered wood floor and did all things they told me I needed! Well 1. Buy more than you measured for, lots of boards were blemished.2 the floor is chipping along the seams.I returned to the store to ask more questions, and I was told that I must have had a bad installer then I said I did it myself and I did 100% what I was told! This is not the first time I have installed flooring in other homes. The product was not heap and now 18 months later looking for something else! Key is the labor of installing and now have to pull it all out and spend money for another, so annoyed that I have to do it all over again plus the money for the next flooring!

  On Monday, January 27, 2025, this manager, ****** with an associate, entered my private residence without my knowledge or consent while a contractor was working. She proceeded to walk through my home, claiming she was looking for tile that had been delivered. No one gave her permission or the right to enter my home and invade my privacy by WALKING THROUGH MY ENTIRE HOME ROOM BY ROOM!!!This unauthorized entry is a serious violation of my privacy and property rights. At no point did I give permission for any Floor & Decor representative to enter my home without my knowledge nor was I made aware that such an action would take place without my consent!!!! Her conduct has caused me significant distress, and I find it completely unacceptable for an employee of your company to behave in this manner.

  Do not buy flooring material from Floor and Decor. They sell defective material and dont honor warranties. I purchased Nucor LVF (Luxury Vinyl Flooring) from Floor and Decor on 12/27/2023 paying $3.99 per sq. ft. It came with a Lifetime Warranty. Within few weeks of installation, the flooring had dents and ************ contractor filed the complaint with Floor and decor in March 2024. The company was supposed to send a *** out, but no one came. After waiting over a month for a ***, I had contractor take out the damaged flooring, re-purchased ***lacement flooring from Floor and Decor and had it installed since I did not want the floor to be half done. Meanwhile the claim from my contractor was denied. After reflooring was finished the floor started denting again. It is not standing up to the quality mentioned by Floor and Decor. I filed the compensation with Floor and Decor based on warranty but it was denied. I am really unhappy with the floor quality and plan to ***lace.

  I had terrible experience with Floor and Decor - ************ store. I placed a large order for a bathroom remodeling on 10/27 and paid for it. I called the store before pickup and they assure me that my order would be ready on 10/31. When I landed there with my contractor, I was told that a key item was partially available and the onus was on me to go pick it up from another store an hour away or wait 10 days. With a gun to my head, I had to make arrangements to pick up the missing tile from another store. Bad enough. But wait. When my representative reached the other store, he was made to pay up again because apparently the Princeton store manager didnt put my representatives name in the pick up order. Now I am struggling to get that money refunded because it was at a higher cost. The Princeton store manager ***** ******* (Sway) was rude and told me that I had my only option is to take the lower amount on the ********* invoice, because the stores don't work with each ******** addition to the stress of running around, I am losing money because their stores cannot work with each other and their store manager have ZERO customer empathy!!! I am angry. I wrote to their Customer Support ********************** but haven't heard back. They keep telling me to "work it out with the store". Can someone tell ***** ***** that his logistics are a nightmare and his people need Customer Training!!I would say KEEP AWAY from this store and go to your local ********** or Lowes.

  Be careful when using Floor and Decor sub contractors and NEVER use *************************** In April, 2024, we contracted with ************************** through Floor & Decor to remodel our master bathroom. We paid over $10k. It included the shower. We now received a collection notice for $512.25. The tile in the shower was not installed level. As a result, we had to purchase an additional panel and the shower is visibly not level. It cost us $812.25. They gave us a credit of $300. We explained originally and each of the multiple time we were called that we would not pay. This was the last straw. The entire job had issues, but we keep our word and paid. These are some of the issues: 1) We were promised the job would be supervised. It was not. 2). We were given a 2 week time frame, it took 4 weeks They would come out & do one thing, then leave. 3).The towel rack came out of the wall, the first time towels was put on it. 3) Paint dripping was EVERYWHERE - new tile, new faucets, new tub, new sinks. 4,) The grout on the floor not applied evernly. 5) A large mirror was originally installed over an electrical outlet ( this was moved). 6.) Shutters on door way had to be moved for walls to be painted, the original holes were not filled. 7) The tile on the floor was not estimated corrected. I purchased additional for me to keep for the future. ALL of the tile was used and not accounted for.Each time we were called about this debt. We requested to speak to someone responsible. They listened and did nothing, but call us again to ask "if we were satisfied and to request we pay." Each time, we said we aren't satisfied and will not pay. They threatened us with court *********** said ok. Now, we are threatened with collection action. We have used sub-contractors through Floor & Decor before and for the majority of tile we purchase, we buy from Floor & Decor, but this was a horrible experience!!

  Be cautious about trusting what you see in the showroom. The marble tiles I selected looked great in-store, but after spending thousands of dollars on materials and installation, the outcome was quite different from what I received. ********************************** denied any fault from the manufacturer and refused to provide the manufacturers information, preventing me from addressing the issue directly. This department has been unhelpful. I cannot recommend trusting Floor & Decor.
