"They accept a bunch of people background check money make you fill out some shotty looking paperwork. They told me I applied first so I have a chance to put down a holding fee to let them know I really want the property ( like putting $150 into application fee wasnt showing that Im serious about wanting it) so when I called them to do so I couldnt get ahold of anyone for three days and when I did they told me they got a fee from someone already." ...
