According to information in BBB files, Skyline Pet Relocation Services has a pattern of complaints alleging delivery issues.

Specifically, consumers state they are purchasing puppies online from independent sellers and are contacted by this company for shipment of their puppies. According to consumers, the business then informs them of additional costs for shipping and once the consumer either pays or inquires about the requested amount, the business stops all communication, and the consumers never receive their pet or a refund.

On September 1, 2021, BBB contacted the company seeking their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaints.
