We decided to end our service this year but our contract was not over until June 30. We thought we would get a final termite check since it had been a year since they were out. Someone came yesterday but he did not do anything except take up some of our termite ports and that was only because I mentioned them. He said one showed some tunneling, did nothing and left. I called the office today and was told they would not give us a final check because we did not renew with them. We had our service for 5 years giving them hundreds of dollars and we didn't deserve a final termite check?Review fromMonique E.

Avoid ************ at All Costs Discriminatory and Unethical Business Practices! Veterans BEWARE!!!If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Their refusal to provide a termite inspection to a veteran simply because they live in a townhouseunless the entire HOA signs a contract with themis beyond unacceptable. Its nothing short of predatory and discriminatory business practices.I am a veteran and a townhome owner (I was seeking a termite inspection letter.) Like any other homeowner, she has the right to ensure their home is safe from termites. Yet this company coldly turned me away ( after completing the inspection and determining my unit did not have any termites), prioritizing profit over doing the right thing. Rather than treating each homeowner as a valued customer, they strong-arm entire **** into exclusive contracts before they even consider providing service. This is not how a reputable or ethical company operates. Its how a company that cares only about squeezing every last dollar from a community operates. If youre looking for a company that actually values its customers and provides fair, professional servicelook elsewhere. This company clearly has no interest in helping individuals, only securing large-scale contracts at the expense of those needing their services the ******* deny a veteran the because of a technicality they arbitrarily enforce? Disgraceful. Steer clear of this company, and take your business to someone who actually respects homeowners and their needs.Arrow Exterminators, Inc.

In response to Ms. ******** we tried to accommodate her request. However, based on the information she provided, we were unable to provide a termite letter due to the potential liability associated with the property location (Townhome middle unit). This information was communicated to her at the time of her request.Regrettably, a newer employee was assigned to the inspection and did not provide this information during the inspection itself. However, she was informed upon the completion of the inspection. We had no prior knowledge of her veteran status and work with numerous VA loans and veterans on a regular basis. Therefore, her assertion that we turned her away is inaccurate. We simply could not accommodate her request for a ***** for her Townhouse based on the location that it was a middle unit. We conducted the inspection and, based on our findings, did not charge for it.We did, however, inquire if her homeowners association (***) had a termite warranty with another company. She responded that her HOA was of no value and that she could not obtain coverage from them. (She used an inappropriate profanity.)I apologized for the inconvenience caused and instructed her that she could try to contact another termite company that may be able to provide her with the information she sought. ******* J ******** ************** Manager P ************|C ************ **************************************************************** ************************ Voted Top 10 USA Workplace 4 Years in a Row In response to Ms. ******** we tried to accommodate her request. After looking into this account, we have responded to Mr. ***** every time he had a concern. Mr. ***** is currently a quarterly pest control customer has not had ****** services with us since August 2021. In December of 2024 we did receive a call inquiring about mice getting into his home, our SP went out and gave him a quote for rodent boxes. In January, our SCM visited the home and spent a couple hours inspecting the property looking for rodent activity and signs of entry. During this inspection we did find signs of activity in the basement and signs of flying squirrels in the attic. Because we do the pest control, we did put out some monitor boards to help with the mice. At the same time, we referred him to our local ************* SC to look at an exclusion. Mr. ***** travels a good bit, and this allows for some delay in response time. Our HSC was there on March 11 and was able to quote a full exclusion of the property, we have not received a response as of today. Pictures were taken for documentation if needed. ***** ******** Region VP of Operations P ************|C ************ ********************************** ************************ Voted Top 10 USA Workplace 4 Years in a RowReview fromMeredith S

We have been using Arrow at our home for almost two years. I have been pretty satisfied with our service until a termite inspection that was included in our quarterly rate. The technician did not call on his way to our home, which they have done every time up until then, and woke up my 6 month old son. He then called to ask if he was at the right home and I said yes that it was and it was okay to do the inspection. I asked him to let me know if there were any issues when he was done. I never heard anything from that technician and no one ever called offering us termite services. I was sent an offer which I signed because I assumed it was me approving what they done at my home, which was a FREE inspection. About a week later, someone shows up to mark our yard for lines and said Arrow had sent them. I had no idea what for, but said that was fine. Then about a week after that I notice there were things stuck in the ground all around our yard. No one called to set up an appointment for that or get approval to come on our property where we have dogs. Fast forward, I get a $450 bill from them for termite coverage. We have no termites, but because I overlooked this offer that looks identical to other paperwork they have you sign, I was signed up for something I did not want. I called and spoke to the lady in the office and she was understanding and said they could remove the charge and remove the things from our yard. I explained we will be moving in 3 months and there is no way I would sign up for this service intentionally. A few days later, I then received a phone call from their manager saying they would not remove it and we owed that amount. They then charged my card on file WITHOUT MY CONSENT for $450! These people really took advantage and their lack of communication is a ploy to pull the wool over your eyes. They are unprofessional and thieves.Arrow Exterminators, Inc.

After explicitly asking to end my service, they sent a person to my house anyways when I was not home. Since then, they have been calling me incessantly to pay for a service I did not authorize and advised them I did not want. More importantly, they want me to pay for a full service even though they did not have access to the inside of my home to do the full service they were billing me for (indoor/outdoor inspect treatment). When I spoke with customer representative - they simply did not care and demanded payment. Company only cares about payment and has no regard for customers.Arrow Exterminators, Inc.

Came out to do a real estate inspection 1/28/25 wrote up statement saying active. Hammer s**** driver holes in my wood door frame I called to get second opinion was told there was previous activity which seems to be quite old. No active as of now 2/3/25 The buyers received the report back from Arrow Exterminator with Active Status. So the buyers dropped out of the sell. Arrow did a poor inspection gave false information and hindered the sell of our home. I have health serious problems and have been trying to go back to my home state for a year and Arrow Exterminator hindered that by giving the buyers false information which caused them to drop the contract. I would not recommend this company to anyone at allArrow Exterminators, Inc.

We were hired by the buyer to complete a Wood Infestation Report. During our inspection, we found evidence of termite activity with no signs that the home had been previously treated. We issued an active report for subterranean termites along with a proposal for treatment. The homeowner (Seller) called the North ******* ************** extremely upset as another company stated there were no live termites at the time of their inspection. The seller insisted that we revise our inspection report to indicate no termite activity found. We reviewed our inspection and findings with the seller in detail and explained that we would not revise our inspection report.Review fromRobert S

I have communicated with ******************** that the complaint filed is not with our company. We operate under the Brand of Hughes Exterminators in **********. NOT as Arrow. Therefore, her complaint is with the "Arrow" that operates in that market. That company has no affiliation with us. I hope that Ms. ********** issue is resolved and she will be kind enough to remove the complaint from our company.Review fromYen H

This company took advantage of us when theres no adult at home, they came and installed something in February (we dont care much about what they used) and sent us a bill now, demanding for payment. We sent back the invoice told them that we didnt order the service. Yesterday they came back walking around our house. We asked what they want but they didnt saying anything. We were about to call the cops but they left. This morning we noticed theres 15 emptied holes around the house. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ARROW. These people are rude and full of scams. Also watch out for the invoices, especially those first time buyers. This company will take advantage of you.Arrow, what do you have to say for yourself???
