Today ParkMobile App texted us the charge was $11.10 when our allotted time over, we never extended the parking time. Later got the list of questionable charges from the bank; 2 listed one as $50.01 and another as $70.05 was accepted from Frys Food Drug. We accounted for everything and this is second time this app has tried to ******* us out of money.

App/website caches your old tag number and makes it too easy to let you pay for parking under the old tag number. Then - as happened to me last night - your vehicle gets towed away. Even though you did pay for parking. $160 to get the vehicle back plus the cost of an Uber ride plus an hour wasted trying to get them to answer the phone so you can find your vehicle. The whole arrangement is a SCAM.

My meter was running out and I hit the extend button to try and add another hour. It immediately said payment confirmed and added 1 minute! And I was charged 45 for a single minute. Unbelievably crooked company

Park Mobile is a Fraud. A salesperson called me and said if I upgraded to the Pro Business level I would save money. This was not the case. The instructions on the help website do not work nor allow a user to change or downgrade their account, even though the help instructions indicate a process one should be able to follow to perform this task, it does not work. Park Mobile makes it nearly impossible to cancel without waiting on a phone call for literally 20 minutes or more.

Park mobile charges you even when parking is free. The app encourages you to proceed and does not make it clear that parking is free during this 'period'. It happened to be free that weekend because of the holidays, which was not posted. When I checked out, it said the total was $0.40. I figured it was just the norm. However once you read the transaction you see it - Parking $0.00, Transaction fee, $0.40. When I reached out, they refused to refund me. Ticket #*******.This is deceitful business practices - their app should be designed not to trick you into proceeding if the cost is zero dollars. I'd be interested to see how much they have made over the years doing this.

Horrible new Log-in system. Park Mobile app no longer accepts passwords and requires an email link to sign in. That wouldn't be horrible, except they do not send you an email. At all. I tried to sign in after somehow being forced out of my account on Saturday. It is Monday, I am going to be late for work, on hold with their phone line for 15 minutes because they are not sending an email link that is required to log in after multiple attempts over 36+hr period. I wish that there were any alternative parking methods in my city because this is ridiculous.

A few times I used this service, I was double charged. On ParkMobile app, it shows one service only, so i dont know how it can happen. Feels like it is a scam. It is a small amount, but if I want to dispute with my credit card company, it wants to replace my card. I ended up not wanting to do that since I have a lot of auto payments to my bills related to the credit card. How much more money we can get by doing this to customers?

Awful establishment and practice. This isn't at all what you see on Ticket Wars. Those people are nice. These people won't even speak to you. Then again, they might just be nice because they're on tv. These people come up out of the ground to give a ticket. You could be on your way to the meter and they'll write a ticket. For as long as I've worked on ***********************, our block has been free on Saturdays. Today, we see them writing tickets, and the sign has been changed, and no one was notified. Saturdays are when people come to shop and many people already know that they don't have to park on Saturdays. It's not good for business. Does the city care about Atlanta businesses? No. Often times, the machine won't take a card. They also have trouble with 5 dollar bills or singles that aren't crisp. We have a lot of elderly people come here and don't know how nor do they want to work an app, and are still dealing in cash. If you're thinking of moving here and working downtown, you'd better make sure your job accommodates you for parking. I'm glad I'll be leaving my job of 13 years, in two weeks.

The ParkMobile app and the city they serve are not aligned as it relates to zones displayed in the app.

Talk about monopoly and privilege. App and they just laughed and they just laughed as they said Im sorry, but we dont have to give you your money back as thats our set up with the city. it must be nice to avoid being held accountable for services that they do not provide. no one should be immune regardless as the amount to refund and exceptional customer service what a rip off and unethical city fee setup.
