DO NOT BECOME A VENDOR FOR THIS COMPANY!!! They do not pay for the services that you provide in a timely manner. I have currently been waiting over 7 months to be paid for services rendered in September and October of ******************************************************************* Do not waste your time working for them they do not care about their workers or the families that they serve. The service coordinator over my case quit because this was the worst company she ever worked for. They give you no way to contact them except through an inquiry system that they DO NOT respond to. I have over 20 inquiries that were sent over the 7 months all with no response. Not to mention they lie when its convenient, my client was in the program when I was providing services and it was confirmed but now that I am requesting pay they say she was not in the program, I added photos of the emails to verify this. Then they waited so long to approve my invoices I was forced to change the dates in order to receive pay after I did this they then said I didnt submit them in time and that I waited over 90 days and treated me as if they are doing me a favor by paying me now even though everything was submitted on time and I was forced to change the dates by them. I am currently still waiting to receive payment in mid April 2024 and they know even the director ***************** and they are doing nothing to ensure my payment. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else to work with. Plus they lost a lot of funding and thats why they are switching everyone over to the now/comp waiver so the government can pay since they cant afford it.

We regret any inconvenience you have experienced as a vendor through BDI. While it is our intent to process invoices timely, as a program funded through the ********** of ********** Health and Developmental Disabilities we must ensure regulatory compliance with rules that can sometimes interfere with processing of invoices. This can include individuals who don't have an Individual Support Plan, individuals who have disenrolled from services, individuals who have transitioned into other programs, individuals who have exceeded their service caps or allocation, or a variety of other reasons. Our goal is to provide supports to families to improve their access to the community and improve the quality of their lives, and we rely on vendors to deliver these services with care. We regret any circumstances that resulted in delayed payments, and appreciate your patience in resolving your concerns.
