"Dishonest business practices, a whole bunch of crooks, I had my car serviced this past November of 2024/ for a wheelbarrow replacement, along with the the front brakes pads , I have purchased an extended warranty with my credit union at the time of the purchase of my 2019;BMW 540;I M Sport , long story short , I submitted my insurance contract along with telephone number and contract number and what this dealership did was to perform all repairs without the insurance pre authorization and try try to submit the claim for the insurance to cover more than $1900.00 worth of repairs, my insurance company DENIED THE CLAIM BECAUSE SONS AUTOMOTIVE FAILED TO GET THE AUTHORIZATION FIRST & come to find out that my insurance company DO NOT WANT TO BUSINESS WITH THEM I had to file an unauthorized claim and my insurance was nice enough to reimburse me $746." ...
