    I referred this company to my coworker, and Im still embarrassed. I only referred them because they did well on my move. The price was clear up front, and it didnt take too long. My coworker, not so much. The guy in charge kept changing the price as they went. First he said $400 and some change, then he talked about the truck fee, and added more. Finally, he said $700. the most outrageous thing I ever heard! It was a one-bedroom move. When my coworker asked me how much I paid for close to the exact amount of furniture (minus the tv mount), it was clear that the guy was making up prices as he went. During the move, the same guy (the manager) was mounting a television for my coworker. I first noticed that it wasnt even. I said it and the guy insisted that the lever was even. And all Im thinking is, Whats the big deal? My coworker and her friend also noticed the crooked television that was tilted to the right. The man spent the next 10 minutes explaining why he was right. We had to ask twice for him to even it outthat did not include the 3 times when we had just let him know it was crookedthinking hed get the hint and just fix it. Eventually, he evened the television out. While insisting he was still right the entire time. He even said that the apartment is crooked. (A brand new built apartment in superb condition.) I have never seen such arrogance in a person especially one being paid for a service. Extremely unprofessional.Next, when it came time for him to connect the washer, he refused to do it, stating that there is plastic covering the hole. Both the leasing manager and maintenance man in the building told him that he only needed to take the plastic off. He refused to do so and started an argument with one in the hall. Oh, and he STILL charged my coworker for the connection because he attempted to hook it up.
