"If you are looking for a law office that specializes in accident injuries that will fight your case with integrity please look elsewhere DO NOT trust Monge and Associates with your case. The lawyer we hired had no compassion we were nothing but a number my husband was in a 18 ******* accident where the 18 ******* made a I turn in the middle of the road and hit my husband almost head on if he didnt swerve so the truck would miss him I probably would be planing a funeral thank goodness it side swiped the driver front end destroying the vehicle a total loss, it was early morning around 5 am we tried doing the right thing by calling the police and then a lawyer we tried lawyer after lawyer with no answer Monge was the only ones to answer but after the telemarketer explained they take 40% after the case is settled I opted to find another lawyer like a lawyer that only charges 25% and when I explained this to him he was very convincing saying of if I chose a cheap lawyer they wouldnt fight my case as hard (I should have stuck to my guns)." ...
