      Lingo will not send a technician out to fix my office phone. They are making promises they have not kept. I cant receive calls on my business line for the last three days. I have asked for a supervisor to call me and no one has Im the last 48 hours.********************************

      We apologize for the customer's inconvenience, but we have been in contact with her and have forwarded her calls to her cell phone as requested until a technician is able to go out to repair the original issue. We have also requested an expedite on the request to have a technician sent out. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.

      Worst customer service ever!!! I cancelled because of the poor service, but they kept charging my card. Unless you have time to waste in disputes, do not give this company your credit card number because they will not stop charging after you cancel.

      We have reviewed your account and see that you contacted us on 6/02/22 to request the account be closed. We processed that request on 6/12/22 and the account will backdate to 5/31/22 once the account bills again. The amount that was deducted from your card was for the invoice that generated on 6/07/22 which was prior to your disconnect being completed. I do apologize that the amount was pulled from your credit card, however the system had no way of knowing that your account was in the process of being closed at the time your payment was processed. You are due a refund and as stated the system will automatically credit your account on the 7/07/22 invoice. We will refund the overpayment to the card on file at that time. Again we apologize that the amount was pulled from your card, but assure you it will be credited back to your account.

      If i could leave negative stars, I would. Lingo has to be one of the most unprofessional and inconsiderate companies our business has ever had the displeasure of working with. From the beginning of the relationship to now - their lack of communication is horrible. They do not assist with any issues - not even issues that they caused. They have no empathy for the customers they are said to be there for. They were very pushy to get our business and then failed miserably to even get our phone lines operational. I would never recommend this company - they should leave telecommunications to the companies that actually know what they are doing.

      We do see that you did experience several issues in trying to get your service set up and working. We sincerely apologize that we were not able to resolve the issues prior to your leaving our service. Your transition from one company to another should have been smooth so again we do apologize for your inconvenience.

      This company does not care about it's customers. My business has been using their service for years. 2 months I discovered our phone service down and in the course of waiting for them to forward the line to a temporary number - we learned their representative "accidentally" shut down our service, we had to go back through sales to reinstate our account and then wait 5 days to have service turned back on. The line was never forwarded and we lost thousands in revenue because of it. Now it's happened again; the phone line was reported down 4 days ago, the line has yet to be forwarded (just found out today - their policy is 5 days for this). We are stuck waiting another 9 days for a re-connection. No one from the company has reached out to offer apologize, offer anything, etc. Their lack of any customer service is astonishing! I am disgusted to be one of their customers and cannot wait to be done with them.

      Charging my Mother ****** dollar every month for a long time they been playing games not putting the information in the right spot or not at all .I changed my mother *************** why they still billing her, and called they never disconnected the service still billing her after I called them they just scammer's out collecting taking advantage of the elderly .
