      This is a total SCAM!! I unfortunately had this so called "insurance" back in 2023. No where in the literature did it state the definition of hospital-based facility or that the consumer/patient had to travel to a free-standing facility within a 50-mile radius for lab work and/or radiology procedures. I am now stuck with a bill for a routine mammogram ($697), that would normally be covered under a conventional insurance. Also, I had a STAT venous doppler of my left lower leg done to rule out a deep vein thrombosis at a walk-in clinic. I got stuck with a $2,337 bill. The insurance company denied it because it the walk-in clinic as affiliated with a hospital, and I should have gone to a free-standing facility within a 50-mile radius I live in an area with there are no free-standing radiology facilities within a 50-mile radius. The closest facility is located in another state!!!
      I filed a complaint with the NY State Dept of Financial Services only to be told "this entity is not approved or licensed by the NYS Dept of Financial Services".
      STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO-CALLED INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!
      I wish I could give it a 0 star rating!!!

      They stood $10,000 dollars from my family through fraudulent insurance. On top of that, I am stuck with a $7k bill from bloodwork that I cant pay. That amount was denied by ** because its not a real insurance company. We were scammed and my heart is broken.

      What a waste of money. I came to find out about this insurance company in which you had to pay for before reviewing what they covered. Because they said it was just like Aetna. They billed me $****** per month. Well I went to the drs (oncologist) and come to find out I was not covered for her. The blood work that they did was a part of my deductable, But wait a minute I got the *** so that I would have a zero co-pay for hospital visits. They are very risky. Then I did not have the plan that was on my card for perscriptions. They said I was not registered with them. They gave me a different card for that which was BEST RX. Which then did not cover anything they were a discount program. 80% off at the pharmacy. I was thinking Ill take that my 1 month supply of Chemo pills are ********* per month. Well they told me and the pharmacist this did not include name brand drugs. What the heck are they talking about? What does this insurance cover? NOTHING!! I am out ****** for 1 month I have reported to my bank that my card was lost or stolen, That will take me a week to get but hey atleast they can not tap my casrd again. Ill get away from them one way or another.

      What an absolute waste of time. Do not get insurance with this scam of a company. If I could talk to the person in charge, Id curse them out and make them regret their life choices for having to put people through this. You will be lied to. You will be told you have the lowest insurance rate in the state. That is a lie. What will happen is youll pay a few thousand dollars per year to be covered and then charged again with medical bills when you rely on your insurance. This company should cease to exist.

      They scammed me over $3000. This is a fake insurance company, Limited Benefits and they will not send you a 1095 form. Stay Away.

      I believe this company is a scam. We paid for **************** and never received a packet informing us what was our coverage. Every time we call no one answers the phone. When they sold us the policy, we received a card showing something completely different. Please be aware of this company. I found a number to call and when the phone was answered, the person said Hello in a low voice, never acknowledged who he was and what company he was representing.

      $1000.00 scammed by them! They told me I would get Aetna as insurance and they lied. They gave me a different insurance which did not have my doctors.

      Steer clear. They verbally sell you what you think is a good policy only to find out it is NOT what they verbally sell you. My credit card was compromised a week after I purchased this so called policy. Again. STEER CLEAR
