    This company is not customer-focused, detail-oriented, responsible, or professional. The project the business was hired to do is to install landscape lighting to make my home better-lit and safer. The scope of work was to use high-quality products; install, bury wiring, and ensure the electrical and exterior lighting was complete and well functioning. ******, the owner used second-rate materials, and upon inspection from a more reputable company, he installed an electrical system that was not powerful enough to supply sufficient lighting. Additionally, ****** left the wiring above ground instead of buried as promised. This was a critical part of the service that is non-negotiable because my landscaping company mistakenly cut the wiring from my previous system. I made numerous attempts to contact the owner, ***********************, to have him correct and complete the job but he has been unresponsive. I paid $1600 for a job I could have hired a handyman to do for 1/4 of the price - including the cheap products he used. Additionally, I am having to hire a reputable company to come and correct the abominable job he did. This company is sub-par and an embarrassment to minority-owned businesses. DO NOT pay him for the service until your job is fully completed to your satisfaction. DO NOT recommend this company; as you can see from the other reviews, this is his normal operating procedure.
