Absolutely here is a more direct, frustrated, and **angrier** version of the review:---**Pulte Mortgage is a Complete Disaster RUN!**Working with Pulte Mortgage was one of the most infuriating, stressful, and disorganized experiences I've ever had. It was an absolute **nightmare** from day one.I submitted every document they asked for, on time, over and over again and they still kept coming back weeks later asking for the *exact same paperwork*. What are they even doing over there? It felt like they had no idea what they were doing or worse, didnt care.And just when you think you're finally about to close? Boom **another last-minute request**. Sometimes the night before closing. Then? **Another delay**. This happened **multiple times**. Its like they were deliberately trying to sabotage the process. And if that wasnt enough, they constantly added **new conditions for approval**, like moving the goalposts every time we got close.The communication? **Nonexistent.** Emails? Ignored. Calls? Useless. When someone *finally* got back to us, they either didnt know what was going on or gave us totally incorrect info. No one takes responsibility. No urgency. No professionalism.Pulte Mortgage made what should have been one of the happiest moments of our lives into a total train wreck. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. If you value your time, money, or sanity **stay far, far away** from Pulte Mortgage. They are absolutely the **worst**.Pulte Group

We love the ********************* and the ******* area. This review is about our experience with Pultes post-closing service.We moved into our home in February 2025 and have dealt with months of unresolved exterior work. The driveway wasnt installed due to weather, but it was at least packed gravel and accessible. After weeks of asking for updates, we finally had sidewalks and a walkway poured but the result left our yard in worse shape. A basic patch was done (some dirt loosely spread and the surface smoothed over), but no gravel, no grading, and no drainage prep. Now, anytime it rains, it turns to mud.We have three dogs and two small kids. We can't use our yard the dogs would track in mud and wed have to clean constantly. Instead, we walk them in unbuilt areas of the neighborhood, which adds up to 1.52 hours a day. Our dogs have picked up ticks, and our kids still cant safely play outside.Meanwhile, homes that closed after us have received the very work were still waiting on. We were told winter closings would include delayed exterior work, but we expected weeks not months. With most of our payment already collected, it feels like we've been deprioritized.Construction crews have been another challenge. Workers regularly leave trash and cut through our property. We even found a saw blade in the dirt. Just last week, crews worked past 9pm with loud music I had to go out and ask them to stop. Only after raising safety concerns was a snow fence installed to limit access across our lot.Weve followed the process and raised issues professionally. But often, were only taken seriously when we loop in others or signal escalation. Otherwise, we get vague responses or short-term patches that dont address the core issue.We dont recommend closing with Pulte during winter. We were prepared for a few delays not months of disruption and silence. Were happy to share photos and more if it helps other buyers make an informed decision.Pulte Group

Cheap quality construction for high pricing. There are better builders in ***** and provide much affordable homes. I was able to prevent few of my friends from falling into their trap. They got into better and safer homes built by other builders. Stay away from Pulte homes and especially the one in ********.Pulte Group

I cannot express how disappointed we are in Pulte Homes. We bought a new build in 2024 and spent A LOT of money on this one. Having bought a new home in 2020 with a different company, I was very excited to move into a house that we designed and that had no issues. How wrong I was. Not only did Pulte push back out our anticipated close multiple times, the week of our final walk through, they tried to push our close out another two weeks for a reason that was never clearly explained. We had already sold our other house and they did accommodate but we walked into a mess. In addition to just poor workmanship (mudding blobs, carpet already coming up at the transitions) we've had some major issues as well. The most pressing is that the master shower has not drained correctly since we moved into the house six months ago. The warranty process barely works and instead of following up with us, after initial review of an issue, we have to chase them down to get to a solution. In the shower situation, they kept coming out and kept telling it was fine. We finally asked them to put a camera down there and they saw a bunch of building material clogging the trap. Needless to say, they have to tear the entire shower floor up and redo the plumbing. This was over a month ago and it has still not been addressed. For a $700,000 house, I would love a working shower. We have also had issues with multiple windows in the house and every single screen door has had to be replaced. We understand that things happen during a build process but this is so frustrating and to have to chase warranty down to get things fixed is even more frustrating. I do not recommend Pulte at all.Pulte Group

Poor quality.. over putty on all windows. Very cheap quality... not even a brand name on window if i need replacement parts.. it looks like someone built on their garage... On other issues, I told them what the problems are. It took them 2 times to fix the problem - one their way then mine... you know so much, do it right the first time! If it's broken, clearly how you did it was wrong! ... what makes me crazy is that we pay so much money to have a connected home only to have missing rj45 terminal connectors!!! They said att handles it... well att wants $55 each and i have 11!!.. they can't connect these connectors?? You wired the whole house! What's another 5 mins to connect the rj45 ends?? And you pass the bucket to att??? .Btw, they also wired coax to the same 11 rooms... you don't need that many coax! Id rather have 11 properly installed ethernet cables!!! As we approached closing in 2020, we couldn't mark issues with blue tape, pushing us to close despite unresolved problems. The ** manager dismissed our concerns, even gaslighting us about a stair railing that wasnt properly secured.After after moving in, we discovered water intrusion in the basement. Pulte sent someone to fix it, but by year four, we had even more leaks. With 5 days of rain in the forecast and an active flood watch, I found multiple new leaks. Our warranty covers leaks for 5 years, so I requested an urgent repair. Instead, I was told NO and to simply mop up the water. Tremco will show up whenever they feel like it.****** *********, the Ohio warranty coordinator, has been condescending since day 1. She downplays issues, declines repairs, and lacks empathy. Instead of ensuring our home is in good condition, she minimizes every concern, making ppl fight for service.Beyond water issues, our home has deteriorating drywall, ceiling cracks, and shifting. ****** chalks it up to settling, leaving us to spend hundreds on professional evaluations. Pulte gives a structural warranty, but it only applies if the home is uninhabitable, so were left without real support.The contractor system is the worst part. We never know whos showing up, and they refuse to give us vendor contact info. One contractor refused to do simple drywall repairs in year one. Our camera caught him telling another contractor not to let us know he had even shown up so he wouldnt have to do the work. Nail pops never properly fixed, and when they returned, Pulte put the burden on us.When I escalated concerns, the Tremco manager hung up on me. If youre considering building with Pulte, Hire an inspector and refuse to close until every issue is fixed. They rush you through the process, but once youve signed, getting them to honor their warranty is a constant battle. The lack of accountability and the struggle to get basic repairs done make building with them a serious risk.Pulte Group

Very disappointing trying to deal with these people. Their subcontractors are all terrible and do not do a good job and don't care that they don't do a good job. They may give you warranties, but that means nothing since who they send out to fix issues tend to make it worse. Why people think they are a great builder is beyond me. They talk big, but do not follow through at all.Pulte Group

Such a disappointment buying with Pulte. Good at sales by cheating people and not disclosing all the information at the time of the initial contract signing. Recently purchased a home with them and only on the closing day I came to know that the house is in flood zone in ********. Normal storm and property is damaged. Warranty does not cover act of nature and you are on your own on getting things fixed. Cheap quality builder. Stay away from Pulte homes.Pulte Group

Buyer Beware!!!! Pulte is quick to sell you a home, provides vague information on standard and upgrade features. Then smacks you will additional fees for items that were sold as standard features. Only to move in and have to pay additional contractors to finish work that should have been completed as part of the build. Then when something does break due to substandard quality materials, it is passed of as a homeowner responsibility...Horrible communication throughout the build, worse after closing customer care!!STAY AWAY FROM **********************!!!Pulte Group
