    Im happy with my MDHearing aids. They are working great and have improved my hearing. They most likely will replace my $2,000 ones. Support is fast and readily responds to my questions and concerns.

    Returned hearing aids as directed.Never heard from them or received a refund. Tried many times. No reply to emails or phone calls.

    I, too, give them one star only because a star rating is required. Like many others, I have been unable to get any information on where to return my hearing aids and I now see their website is down, not that I expected anything to come of that contact.Based on my experience and what complaints I have read, this outfit needs to be reported to the ******* consumer fraud people.

    I wont give them one star but I had to choose a star rating. I cannot get them to respond to me to send back the hearing aids for a full refund as the ad states. I have contacted them multiple times since I purchased them in October and have not received a response. But, they sure charged my account $197. There is no phone number for them and the only way to contact them is through email. Dont purchase anything from these scammers!
