    Hired Iven to install DIY alarm system. It took him HOURS and it was installed improperly. Several parts fell off after he left. Tried to get him to fix it and he kept giving excuses and never came back. Said he would give partial refund for the botched install, left me hanging for a month, refused to give the refund I asked for, said he would refund less and then disappeared. Would not recommend this business or person based of quality of work, not showing up at scheduled time and not keeping his word. I was taken advantage of as a visually impaired person and he absolutely knew I wouldnt see the details until later and he told me everything was working properly. And it doesnt work at all so I wasted all my money. When we were going back and forth about the refund, he claimed he doesnt do business that way so i hope he and his business stay away from anyone who is looking for a good, reliable, HONEST handyman.
