    If I could give zero stars, I would. My elderly mother called to have a few pieces of furniture removed from her home. She had one sleeper sofa (full size mattress), one loveseat, one recliner, and 5 mattresses. They charged her $900! My mother is elderly, deaf in one ear, and on a fixed income. It is disgusting and shameful what they charged!

    1 800 Got Junk, is a company you should avoid at all cost. They refuse to discuss prices over the phone. They come with a very steep pricing list that is very deceptive and can be manipulated by there worker to always place the company at an advantage. They tried to charge me $600.00 to haul off wood from an old porch deck. I finally agreed to a $238.00 haul inwhich they only took about 10 large pieces of the deck. 1 800 Got Junk is a company that works like a bad car dealership. When using there hidden fees pricing chart They will start off $600.00. Then request ***** an hour per worker as a separate charge. This company are money grabers. Their intent is to make lots of money through deceptive practices. When I refused to pay $600.00, they offered a lower price but only took a few pieces and spent barely 30 minutes loading junk. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST YOU CANT WIN IN THE BATTLE OF PRICING. They will get you everytme. I paid for a low pricing package because I felt bad for the workers, who are trained to manipulate prices.
