Murray Brothers is my go to for years. No matter the age. They have always come thru for us. Just on yesterday buried my 18 year old nephew. Which **** a large crowd. They handle it with ***** and empathy. I see all these bad reviews and wondering if they are true or misunderstandings. Because I have yet to experience any of these. God's willing they will continue to handle all my families homegoing celebrations.

My father passed on Thursday, 3/23/23. ********************** Brother's retrieved his body from his apartment and took him to their home. I reside in *************, ** and had to call them to start the process in preparation for my dad's direct cremation. We discussed my coming down on Saturday. I made it there and encountered **************** who was rude and snapped at me while presenting the process to me. When asking about the lockets for my sisters, he brings the catalog for me to look at along with the "box" for me to see what would hold my father's ashes. No preparation that he was bringing it in the room. While he mentioned it in conversation, explaining why it would be a better choice, rather an urn, there was no warning that he would be showing it to me.He gathered my sisters' information so he can contact them for consent. As of Monday morning, no one had to contacted them as promised, no one had contacted the insurance company, and they had claimed to have lost my father's file. Mr. ************************************* supposedly reassigned my case to another director and was supposed to call me himself. He not only didn't call me, on Tuesday when I called back, I encountered another rude person who screamed at me and when I matched her energy got upset. When I requested to have my father's body taken t another funeral home, all of a sudden the new director assigned to my case calls me. I asked for Mr. ********************** to call me, they rather arranged my dad to be prepped for removal of my father than to call me and fix the experience I had. They're rude, unprofessional and have no empathy for the bereaved. None of them need to be in this profession. They have no customer service. They need to be shut down!
