    Before I ordered the deluxe Strawberry fields arrangement online I called to ask how many hydrangeas and roses would be in it. Sounded beautiful so I placed the order that day for delivery the next day. My friend posts a picture thats not at all what I ordered. It had way less roses than quoted and no hydrangeas. The website says substitutions may be needed due to the season or weather but they agree to substitute with equal or higher quality flowers of the same style/color theme. This is not at all what I ordered nor was I told when I called they would be out of most of the flowers. I tried emailing the business and showing them the picture comparison but the owner has not contacted me back. From the other reviews on Yelp this place lacks integrity.

    A VICIOUS BUSINESS WITH A TOTAL LACK OF REGARD FOR INTEGRITY You will seldomly get the correct flowers on your order. The reason they run out of flowers is because they're too cheap to buy from the wholesalers 2 times per week as needed. Therefore, the employees have to come out of their pockets and pick up flowers from Trader ***'s. The owner is extremely disorganized,, unprofessional, callous, cheap, dishonest, passive aggressive, and aloof. They do not pay their employees, vendors, or drivers, which is why the high turnover. When they don't pay the drivers, several deliveries don't go out or other employees have to make deliveries. If an employee demands their paycheck, they're fired. The owner rarely respond to the employees as if they are beneath him.
