      If I could give this company a zero, I would 100%. I am a small company who used Merchant Services initially and they were taken over eventually by Global Payments, Inc. Last month I received $800 on my statement in fees. $500 was a "Technology Fee" and $300 were for out of compliance and another I can't recall. I was not out of compliance and they were willing to credit after I provided proof. The $500 gauging technology fee is ridiculous and unexpected. I was told it was on my statement, but I do not review every statement. I asked to speak to a supervisor but none ever called. Instead I received a phone call from another *** who said they could not help me. I emailed several staff members all of whom ignored my email. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to pay for high fees and poor service. I have been with this same merchant account for over 15 years, but clearly they do not value loyalty. I am searching for a new company to use and will leave as soon as I have the ***lacement. This company does not cater to smaller companies. Till this day, no phone call from a supervisor nor email response. Horrible service!

      As a small business owner, I relied on Ovation trademark of Global Payments, Inc. (in partnership with Truist Merchant Services) to provide dependable credit card processing. I initially used the C3 reader, which automatically closed out batches and deposited funds into my account. However, because the C3 didnt support Apple Pay, I upgraded to the C5 reader.What no one told me and what should have been clearly communicated is that the C5 reader does not automatically close batches. I had no idea I had to do this manually. As a result, nearly $500 was refunded to my customers, and I had no idea until it was too late.When I contacted customer support, I was told there was no way to recover the funds other than recharging my customers cards which I will not do, as it's unprofessional and unfair to them.This situation could have been entirely avoided with proper onboarding, device training, or even a simple alert or notification. The financial hit Ive taken is substantial for a small business like mine. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and want others to be aware before choosing this company.

      Am shocked reading all of des reviews. I came here to find hope that my issue with Global payment was gonna be resolved. We had an auction on hibid and global payment is being integrated into the system. They just put a hold on our funds with no prior notice. None whatsoever. We found out on our own. And its alot of money. No valid reason why. Am hoping the issue gets resolved by tomorrow cause I don't like what I see on here at all

      Couldn't be a more shady company if they tried. They charge fee upon fee it got to be where we were paying almost 10% annually. **************** is terrible and never actual does anything. IF you want to pay a ton of money for a basic service and terrible support they are your guys. Run away as fast as you can.

      In a nutshell, they're expensive, unreliable, and communication is very poor. Their monthly fee system is not clear, and you'll end up paying a minimum fee even if you don't use the system at all that month. My biggest issue with them happened after my account was put on hold (for a mistake I made, because I didn't get the fee system in the beginning). I did the paperwork to resolve the hold immediately, but 2 months later, I'm trying to figure out why payments aren't getting sent to my bank account. I get in touch with them and they tell me that the hold was never taken off of my account- they confirmed that they did receive the paperwork I immediately submitted to fix it, but they just never lifted the hold. Then I learn that they had closed down my entire account at some point during that hold process without notifying me. The shadiest part of all of it was that even though I couldn't accept payments, and my account was evidently closed down entirely, they somehow still pulled their monthly fee from my bank account. It was a mess to get it reinstated, and it took months to get fully resolved. Now, after all these bad experiences, I'm switching to a new system, and they're charging me $250 as an early cancellation fee. Of course they've covered themselves on that with the contract, so there's nothing I can do, but it feels like a scam in that they're basically being rewarded for making the service so bad that people want to terminate early.

      Hidden Fees all over the place. Changed my pricing without notification. Predatory company if you are a small business they will bankrupt you.

      I was an employee. If youre looking for payroll services go elsewhere! They dont train the employees properly at all . The process is rushed . Many many mistakes are made and the customer pays for it . High turnover rate do to inadequate training and poor management and supervisors . Sales *** will tell you whatever you need do hear to sign the contract! RUN

      They're a contractor with a childcare management app I use. I quit my contract with that app and months after started receiving charge back fees and collection letters from ****. Have left my phone number numerous time. They do not answer the phone or call me back to settle this matter. It seems they're running this business shadily on purpose. It's wild they won't answer the phone when they've sent me a letter at a rate of once per week to inform me I owe them. You'd think since they're so desperate for 140 dollars they would answer.

      One word "Don't" they literally are corrupt. The charge back process is a scam. Literally disable my chargeback notifications so they can attempt to sneak them by you before you can even notice within the dispute timeline. Three times in 2 years. I'm done with these criminals!

      I have been with this company for just over one year without much issue. Then, without warning, I was charged more than triple our agreed-upon rates. When I called to find out what happened, I was told I was notified with a statement comment. When I checked the statement notice, it simply said "...you may see changes that impact your cost of card acceptance." It does not say how much the changes would be, and wasn't even definitive. It also said the charges would go into effect in April. But instead, the charges were applied to my March transactions and deducted from my account on March 31. This is highly questionable behavior, and violates our agreement. Global also blatantly lied by saying there may be extra charges in April and then tripling my fees in March. They agreed to do a rate review but refused to reverse any of these fraudulent charges they initiated. They also won't nail down a date for the review. Why would they? They are milking my company for all they can. Disgusting practice from an unethical company. I am looking at options for filing a claim to get my money back - they outright stole from me.
