    The Melan X peel is worth every *****! Touched by ***** got me a regiment that has mg face looking like I'm in must twenties.

    I had a horrible experinece with the chemical peel. My face is worst then it has ever been. I have hyperpigmenttion and and itchy of the face and next 15 days later after the chemical peel. I have been depressed and insecure due to my being runied. I am requesting a refund and possible lawsuit.

    I found Charette Cosmetics on IG. It was his appeal to the black community and celebrities that unfortunately I led me to make an impulsive decision without doing more research. I received my peel feb 3 2022. I was provided the after care products as well. I took a week off of work. Following that week my dramatic peeling was done and it was just extremely dry and lightly shedding after that. Shortly after my skin started to go out of control with breakouts. I reached out to them on several different occasions. I would only receive an automated text back. Telling me my skin is purging and just dont pick at them let them go away on their own. My skin looks the worst it has ever looked in my 31 years on this EARTH!!! I ordered the hyperpigmentation kit ANOTHER 330 dollars after already spending 800 for the peel. This kit contained exfoliating wash, toner, brightening cream, retinol, moisturizer and spf. However the kit didnt contain the recommended steps. When I called they were completely unprofessional and rude. They also seemed to be uneducated. For example YOU SHOULD NOT EXFOLIATE EVERYDAY. & I inquired that on the phone when referencing their face wash. My point is do not go here. My skin is worse than it has ever been. They are uneducated and unprofessional. Theyre all sweet until they get your money then they dont care about you! I have never felt so insecure and depressed over my skin in my life! I want to *** for not only the damage of my skin but the toll it has taken on me mentally while trying to get a grasp back on my skin since my experience.

    I would like to say that my experience overall was dissatisfying due to the fact that the in office MA serviced me the Melan x chemical peel that also comes with a combination of numbing & micro-needling in one service has resulted of my entire face left in complete scars as a darker tone individual.I would not recommend this service to anyone of darker tone as it has worsen my overall appearance and has me coping with prescription strength products from out of my own personal expense.I would like the $850 to be refunded back into my card as the resolution from this trauma and would prefer in moving forward away from this establishment.

    I had a beyond amazing experience every single time at charette cosmetics. Ive been coming here for two years and have been treated like royalty! My skin has never looked better and i feel so much more confident. I usually dont leave reviews but i have never had a better experience with a med spa! Ive had everything from fillers to facials and chemical peels here and i have had nothing but amazing results and the best customer service. I cant express how amazing charette cosmetics is!

    I suffered with acne on my back and shoulders and **** not only helped my acne get under control, but he also worked on revising the acne scars! I did ******** 8 with him and loved the results of that also. Really grateful for him and his staff
