      If there was a way to give this company a ZERO, I would do just that. This is probably the worst company in the healthcare industry. First of all, when we signed up as a provider with Wellcare and ***************** Alliance, just to name a few, nobody told us that our payments and remittance advice (****) would be going through a third-party organization. After about a month or two of waiting to hear from the payer, we called them to get the **** and they referred us to Payspan, and that is where the nightmare started. Payspan told us that we had an account with them that was suspended due to inactivity and that we needed to submit an "unregistered request" in order to get our account back. This process was supposed to take 5-7 business days. It has been two weeks now. In the meantime, Payspan cannot give us any information, not even the *** number, and they do not mail the **** either. So we have to wait until we get access to their portal, which as of now is taking more than two weeks. Frustrating! We are spending valuable employee time to be following up with payspan, which is not even part of the normal workflow. This company simply needs to get out of business. Period!

      These review from the other people sound exactly like my experience with this company. They need a competitor to get them out of business. They lack customer service. I will get the word out anywhere I can. They love to frustrate people period!

      Just filed a complaint with BBB. I think they need to be held accountable. No follow up is the same as holding money hostage from our Doctors and Business. We cannot access our insurance payments, therefore I cannot settle out outstanding insurance claims. The amount of man hours I've waisted on this is infuriating.

      Because one or two payers we work with insist on paying through this company, I am forced to try to work with them. Their processes are cumbersome, unrealistic, time consuming, and often do not work. This is one of the most frustrating companies I've had to deal with and have lost hours of time we don't have in being forced to work with them to get our EOBs. Shame on Wellcare and other companies for forcing us to use them.
