    This company does not operate right. I had to take them to court because they wouldnt do right and although I won a judgment they will not honor it and now I have to go back to court

    Ive had numerous issues with Oxford Apartments in ************* **. The staff wont communicate by email. They are not fixing anything in my unit that I asked for. I put work orders in they respond by saying my work order has been fixed when in fact it has not. I called maintenance after hours cause my AC went out. The guy that answered told me **** a d*** Sexual harassment? I hung up the call and called back and recorded the conversation the maintenance than proceeds to laugh and tell me fat b**** Fix it your self b**** I reached out directly to the owner and sent him the recording and message. The owner ********** blocked me. I am in a shock terrified and worried for my safety by what type of maintenance staff this property has. I do have the conversation recorded on video. This happened on 8/28/2023.

    Hi, I live in ******************************* in *************. Since the property has been managed by Greenwood Star the tenants have suffered. The neighborhood is very unclean due to the maintenance crew not blowing down the stairways and parking lots like before. Spider webs and trash is starting to be seen everywhere throughout the bldgs. There was a Courtesy Officer that patrolled the property. Without them, the gate has been torn down. The tenants do whatever they want after hours. The leasing office have 2 numbers, one for the residents and one for non-residents. The number for the residents is never answered. I have to call the non-resident number to get a leasing agent on the phone. If you guys are a good management company, you will fix these problems. Instead of just raising the rent and not helping the tenants. I have been living in my apartment for 7 years and I have never seen the property as bad as it is now. Please manage the property better so that the people who call this neighborhood home is not ashamed of living here. I can never get the manager on the phone, she only takes emails.
