    Looks like complaints to the executives are pointless but will vent here. I have never used the busline, but one of their buses/drivers just about ran us into a giant trailer by merging with no blinker in a packed situation. I had my family in the car and had no where to as the bus nearly crushed use from the right side. I was able to slam the horn and slow just enough to avoid collision. When we ran by the bus later in traffic the driver looked over laughed and waived. Diabolical.

    Highway robbery at it's finest. I booked and paid for my trip in advance. There was no way to track the bus which is understandable considering it never showed up.Customer service seems to be nonexistent as well.My bus was scheduled to leave at 2:30 am on 11/27/2023 and I'm still stranded here in ************ **. It looks like I won't be able to get home until 12/1/2023 when my SS check comes in to be able to have the money to get an Uber to get home to ************ **. I am too old for this s***

    Southern Stages Bus Station employs the rudest people from the bus drivers to the people behind the counter.I overheard a woman mention about the wi fi password, but didnt understand what the driver said. So I went to ask for myself what the password was. He said where are you sitting very rudely walked back with me to my seat and barked at me saying get your seatbelt on.First off I PAID money to ride this bus, not to get talked to like that.Our transfer bus was late, they announced it would be an hour late that it is stuck in traffic. Ok things happen, not a problem, just an inconvenience.Several people have went to the window Each one have been treated like ****.One lady was outside by the bus, didnt see the bus driver, next thing she knows the bus is taking off. She come in to let them know and they rudely tell her next bus going that way is about 4 hours away.People are wanting to know if their transfer bus will wait for them at their next stop because our bus is late.Nothing but excessive rudeness

    This was absolutely one of the worst travel experiences that I can say that I ever had in my entire life. We were treated like animals and has humans we have federal rights and Greyhound and Southeastern Stages had violated our rights. I will never ever recommend either of these companies to anyone. I feel bad for people who have to use Greyhound as a regular transportation service and the way they are treated.

    Awful bus line and service they should be disappointed. The bathroom on the bus wasn't even clean knowing that people have to use the restroom while they're at the bus station. Is hoarable pretty much all spouse someone? In the government needs to take a look at their business practices because it's underwhelming. And they will continue to do the service that they do and treat customers like they do. They don't even keep track of your bags. They have that as your responsibility so at any point if your bag is lost because they took it off the bus in era. You probably never get your bag again. They don't even offer Wi-Fi but yet. Charge the prices they do as if they do have Wi-Fi on the bus and if you do want to get Wi-Fi you will have to pay extra again. I wish ***************** government would take. A hands on inspection of Southeastern stages. I'm wishing another bus line will come to show them. How it's done the facilities? The bathrooms are horrible the customer service is raggedy. I could go on but I'm not hopefully. The government will get involved to check out southeastern stages

    The bus was late which completely inconvenienced me. Absolutely no accommodations were made and I was treated very poorly by this business. I never want to ride a bus again! They and Greyhound have been ripping off consumers for years!
