      By far the worst customer service experience Iv ever received. After calling customer service to speak about an account issue, not only was my issue not resolved but the lady was very rude and non understanding. When asked to speak with someone else she then mentioned there was no one else I could speak with. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      Stay away from any brand of car wash owned and ran by Mammoth Holdings no matter what state its located in! Do your research, this company has a reputation of not paying for any damage to your vehicle. They will deny your claim and then they will ghost you, ignoring your calls and emails concerning the damage.

      I wish zero stars were an option. My brand-new truck was damaged at Finish Line Car Wash on 9/2, ripping off the mirror and scratching the vehicle. Despite following all their instructions (filing a report, obtaining estimates, and arranging repairs), the process has been a ************ took weeks of emails, calls, and even a BBB complaint to get them to send a payment to the collision center. They delayed sending the check, provided inconsistent information, and failed to communicate effectivelycosting me $2,000 in rental fees, which they promised to reimburse. As of 12/1, no reimbursement check has arrived, and theyve gone silent despite my follow-ups.Finish Line is owned by ********************************, which seems to have widespread issues with customer service and accountability. Their representatives provide little to no communication, and their customer service line is ineffective at resolving problems. Reading other reviews reveals a troubling pattern of vehicle damage, denial of responsibility, and frustratingly slow responses.Avoid at all costssubpar carwash, terrible service, and a parent company that prioritizes dodging accountability over resolving legitimate customer concerns.

      This ******* Mammoth Holdings LLC is the parent ******* of **** Magic Car Wash - recently I went through the wash and my mirror was broken by an overzealous employee who was trying to unwrap the brushes after they wrapped around the mirror - have tried to contact the ******* for reimbursement but have gotten no response - they haven't even responded to lawyers letters - would not use this outfit
