    This is the worst experience i had in my entire business carrier, Opened a ****** my business page to start advertising with ****** and they have a requirement that you should pass a background check with this nightmare company. Like every one here says is true - they never respond on time to you help questions and their phone number that is given never works properly and no live person can help you over the phone. I dont know why ****** is hiring this company - its very disappointing. My Id is is expired and i have a temporary Government issued ID from California DMV which i uploaded along with my real ID and the representative (******) denied to accept it and here is the message that i received from him : ****** (Evident)Dec 6, 2024, 12:39PM EST Hey there, I'm afraid that we're unable to perform your ID verification and background check without a valid ID. We are not able to accept an extension to process your checks. Once you have this, you can submit this and you should be all set. Please let me know if you have any questions and I'd be glad to assist further. Thank you,****** That is against the **** You got the government issued temporary ID until you receive the hard copy within 2-4 weeks and they are denying to accept it?I am reporting this to a different institution right after i finish this review for this awful company

    There is absolutely no customer service at ********************. No one will call you ever and there's nothing but a virtual assistant. If you have any issues with verification, they will never be resolved because no one works there.

    This company is complete B.S. ****** outsourced ************* Ads identity verification to them and the was the worst mistake ever. I submitted all the information to verify my identity, and waited they got back to me that the email i used they couldn't find in their system. I hate this company! They have a phone number but no one ever picks up, and their Zendesk support is a robot that says the same thing.
