    I wish I had checked the BBB before I contacted this company. I spoke to ***** on the phone and he was very nice. I paid the $225 and never heard from him again. I asked to speak to him or **** several times. Instead, ****** would tell me to send an email and it takes 4 days to get any response. I didn't have 4 days as I was still fighting with an ins company and all I was asking for was to talk to someone and get an idea of how this all works. NEVER got a call. All they do is send you the report and templates to fill in and send to ins. companies. Very disappointed in this service.
