I would not recommend using this company's services. Their inspector, ***********************, overlooked several significant issues and admitted to doing so, resulting in unexpected financial expenses for us. The inspector made false claims about arriving early and spending several hours at our property. In reality, he called upon arrival, and my husband arrived 45 minutes later to find him sitting in his truck, ready to leave. When confronted, he acknowledged his oversight but maintained that he had done his job. However, I consider failing to identify crucial issues as a dereliction of duty. The problem we are currently facing could have caused damage to our home and should have been identified by the inspector, allowing us to hold the seller accountable for repairs. Unfortunately, we are now facing thousands of dollars in expenses due to his negligence. Despite our concerns, the inspector insisted that he had fulfilled his responsibilities and advised us to address the matter with the company owner.

These inspectors are horrible. The family and I moved into our new home and numerous things were wrong with the house that were not on the report. All the plumbing in the kitchen was broken. The refrigerator was broken. Toilets do not flush correctly. Thermostat down stairs does not work properly when on heat. Numerous light bulbs were out. The list goes on and on. Do not ever use this company for inspection.
