    I submitted a request online to schedule a quote from Superior. Shortly after I received an email asking me to call and schedule. I called and spoke with the office to schedule and set up an appointment for the following week. On Friday prior to the Monday appointment, someone from the office called and asked to followup on my online submission to set up a quote. I shared that I had already called to speak to someone in the office to schedule and had an appointment for the following Monday at 1pm. She confirmed that they do not show any appointment scheduled for me and that it must be a mistake, and that they actually have other times available to book. I advised that I did not have confidence working with a firm that would make a scheduling mistake like this, and she disconnected. Very poor interaction with this firm - not recommended.
