    Sent me shirts covered in glue, and all they can say is sorry cant return them, just wash them, how the hek am i supposed to put product on the shelf covered in stains? customer support is completely useless, waste of money

    They say money back guaranteed but I was unhappy, willing to return it, I DID NOT WANT TO KEEP IT. And they do not care. They did not give me a full refund. It is a LIE. Money back NOT guaranteed to please be sure you want to spend the money and will like the design. Even if you are unhappy and will to return they do not care and it is not guaranteed. I feel robbed. I was willing to return they and they do not care and will not take them back for a full refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

    I was honestly concerned after I placed my order with uberprints because of all the negative reviews. But they blew me away with the quality, and I was super impressed by the speed at which I received my order! I designed a graphic and ordered the digital print on 5 different size T shirts for our agility team, and I wasn't expecting much since it's just for fun. But they look great! I checked every shirt just to make sure, and I haven't found any errors. I figured I should give them a good review to offset some of the negative ones. I was really happy with my order.

    I've struggled to work with uberprints for years. They regularly s**** up orders, print designs crooked, use incorrect colors etc etc luckily up until this point their customer service was quick to admit mistakes and send out corrections. Unfortunately that's changed. ***************** refused to admit that shirts I ordered to be digitally printed were instead screen printed. The evidence was clear: the ink was printed incredibly thick and there were clear smudges/bleeds where the stencil wasn't attacked tightly enough. There's plenty of competitors to work with, I'll try them.
