    If I could give a zero, I would. They will not pick up trash, won't give our money back (they've stated that much on their social media page), won't give updates like they say they will and won't answer social media messages or emails. Their phone goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. I have over a month's worth of trash in my cans. I have had to pay for another trash service as we are out in the rural part of the county and animals love trash, so we can't leave the cans open or put bags outside of them. Hundreds of people have asked for refunds and have paid in advance for services we haven't received. They only respond to people with positive comments and ignore the ones who are asking questions. They say their provider limits outgoing emails, but apparently no one is getting answers.

    McCann Waste has not collected our trash in weeks. This is a repeat pattern for the last six months. They are unprofessional and block paying customers from seeing social media updates on the situation. They are not professional and verbally call people who ask for refunds “nasty or negative people. “ They never take responsibility or accountability, only blaming every one and thing else. They offer a $5 credit, but each pickup is $6.15, and they said they would NOT refund people for missies pickups. They won’t return or answer calls or emails, or acknowledge trash service cancellations or pick up their cans.
