    O stars. Extremely poor customer service. We are a church with approximately 75 members. One instance was a cancelation due to inclement weather. Only 75 percent of the members were reached. Therefore we had to manually call each one to make sure they got the message. Onsolve showed on their reports that the calls all went through. When asking customer support to fix the problem, they said it was on our end and we needed to investigate the problem. (Which we did in the past, to no solution). Please be advised that this is not a company that you want to entrust your organization's important messages to.
