    ****** come out on 9/14/2023 to clean our hot tub. After he was done my total bill was ****** then he proceeded to tell me he did not have any Chemicals with him that he would have to order them and send them too me. I ask if he put the filter in and he said that he did not have the filter. He said I would have to pay for everything up front. I paid and then 2 weeks later no chemicals! I called him he was very, very rude. He proceeded to say that some oh my chemicals were not in his order. Then weeks later I called, he would not answer. Then I texted him and he said he only made $20.00 off of this job! And not to bother him anymore. I want my money back that he owes me. At this point he will not answer my calls or text

    In January 2023, ordered a hot tub cover and motor for my Jets.He didnt tell me it would take 2 to 3 months to get the cover. Well here it is September and still no cover. ****** was a super nice guy,, but when I called him, he tells me he has no control over how fast they come. When I ask for a refund he tells me they cant give me a refund. All I need is a cover for my tub or my money back.I have my receipt

    We hired ***************************** from MySpaWorks 2/13/23 to fix an issue with our hot tub. We paid him $175 to come and have a look at it. He diagnosed it and said we needed a new control panel and the cost would be $772.20 including tax. He stated the part would arrive in 10 business days. He wanted all the money up front as he needed the money order the part. We paid him in FULL. We waited for weeks and didn't hear back from him. We texted/called him, and he always gave us an excuse as to why the part hadn't arrived. At times, he would be confrontational to me and often sarcastic in his responses. After 6 weeks had passed, I asked him to cancel the order and refund the money. He told me he was going to reorder with another source. I asked him the name of the part he ordered, and he refused to answer. Ater another 4 weeks later, I demanded a full refund. He would only provide me with a 50% refund. He said he was only going to do a refund of 50% because the company he ordered from would only give him 50% of the money back. If that was the case, how was he able to cancel the original order? After doing research on this company, I have found many other people who have been duped and conned in this way. Order a part with full payment up front and only refunding half of the money. We paid this company a total of $947.20 and only received a refund of $386.10 and still have a broken hot tub. Wish I would have seen these reviews before using this guy. His business model is as following: Diagnosis issue, collect full payment of part, pretend to order part, make up reasons as to why the part hasn't come in, give 50% refund. $500+ profit for doing nothing.
