    We had beautiful bermuda shutters made by Shutters Plus, Inc. Looked lovely when installed, but over the past three years since installation, they have deterioted rapidly from the weather to the point where they are falling apart. The company claims that the shutters are made of "Spanish Cedar" but it appears that they are made of compressed wood. It crumbles in your hand. I contacted the registered agent, Chad Warbington. He came out to our house to look at the shutters never to be seen again. I called every week for months, always given the run around. Then I was told a piece of equipment was broken that was needed to repair our shutters so we gave them a few months before we started calling again requesting someone come out to either repair in place or remove to be taken to their office for repairs. We still haven't heard back from the the owner, Chad W*********. Once they get your business and you pay good money for the shutters, about $900.00 per double window, you can never expect them to return if any repairs are needed. Beware before ordering or buying shutters from Shutters Plus, Inc. in Albany, Georgia.
