    The pool is not open and probably will not be during the time I live there. The office manager Linda refuses to fix things. When she does, it is bootlegged and not properly repaired. You literally have to call code enforcement on her to get the bushes trimmed. She will sit in the office and not answer the phone. She leaves cat food out, which attracts racoons and armadillo. She threatens to or actually does wrongfully evict people (I'll sue her into another dimension if she tries) and then has her maintenance man work all weekend to paint apartments for move in. However, if you have an issue after hours in the apartment you currently live in, it has to wait until the next day. God forbid you have an issue on a Friday after 5. You are just stuck. I wish I'd read the reviews before I moved there. I will NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN.

    no computer room, no fitness room, pool hasn't opened in years, landscaping is horrible and maintenance is way behind if you can even get them to help you, new ownership= worse everything and constant rent increases

    Fraudulent activities at this property, paying judges and cops hush money, to assist in wrongful evictions after a tenant reached out to higher individuals to get help with health/city code violations in unit. Violates all tenant rights because they know they can get away with it. This place needs to be held ACCOUNTABLE for there wrongful behavior.
