    The whole experience with DWF in ***********, ** has been horrible. The quality of work being performed, the unprofessionalism with ******* and ***** has just been a nightmare. I have had to have them come out several times to fix issues with work and they refuse to come out and look at a warranty issue. ***** has promised to have someone come out and they just no call/no show. He states that a broken LVP is my fault and not covered under warranty with out even coming to look at it. He said that they dont know if it was our fault or not. If they don't know then how can they place blame on me? ******* forgets to add things back when you work on a quote together and instead of admitting her fault, she blames the customer and then wants to charge you to have them come out. She forgot to add the legs back for an island in a quote and then blames the customer because I didn't notice she doesn't know how to do her job and after several quotes she didn't put them back in. The whole point of going to a company is to depend on their expertise and experience, yet this place seems to be lacking in both. I would never recommend this company unless you have a strong desire to micromanage someone you are paying to do a service for you.
