They gave me the best price and I replaced the **** system in March of this year (2023). Last month (October), my tenant reported that neither AC nor heat would come on. Andrews came out the next day to service the unit. Turned out it was a false alarm - somebody turned off the main furnace switch. Needless to say they were prompt, courteous and professional. Hey, had a full HV** replacement last year. Great price, good team installed it and the winter went like we planned. Added zoning to the old ducts and it was a good deal. Last week (May 2023) we turned on the ** but it did not come out cool. Called the office, got scheduled for a check and they were on time when they said they would. Several emails to ensure we had a plan came from the staff at Andrews. I like being kept in the loop.Ironically the owner came out too, don't see that very much. Fixed an ** wiring issue and we back in service. Later that night the thermostat triggered a fuse and it quit. Called back, and they were out the next day (Saturday, man can you believe that!!) The tech was nice as he could be, introduced himself, gave me a full rundown on the issue and I was back in business. They get a great grade for service and commitment.I have spoken to the owner several times and he wanted to make sure it was right. He did what I asked, no issues and ensured it was good to go. In this world, not many people step up to ensure that when something pops a simple fuse, that he said what he was going to do. I got many quotes before the original install, and he was the best, and the team was on time. Spoke to one of the tech on the install and he said he was military and the owner went out of his way to bring them on board. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. It started with Caimen coming into my house and not offering to cover his shoes. All the other companies I deal with offer that as I have light carpets. He walks in behind me and tells me to turn on the *** I go to do it and he tells (doesn't ask) me he is going to take his shoes off and stand on my chair I turn around and he was already standing on it. You don't come into someone's house and do whatever you want. That is disrespectful. I turn on the ** and we go outside and he says its about to go. No looking at it nothing. He was wrong. I knew it needed freon and the other companies from previous years would clean the system, put in freon, put in a filter and take time to check things out. Caimen did the minimum to get by. He did put in a filter, he did not open the top of the unit or clean. it He just rushed through it. He said it would need 1-2 lbs which I understand is a guess but the amount was more and I not confident it really used that much mostly because he rushed and didn't show me. I asked various questions and he was rude/smart a** to the point I said you are not making me happy. Instead of stopping he continued. He looked at the other unit to replace it and he was guessing on the size rubbing **** on it. He then comes in and tells me there is another charge for the visit which the owner had said there wasn't if I got freon so there was miscommunication and I was not going to be overcharged. He then stood in my house and picked up my mail to look at the flyer from his company. I didn't give him permission to touch my mail. He was on his phone and I was like do I pay. So I have someone who was rude to me, did the minimum to get by just standing in my house not leaving. I said I will pay it if you need to get to the next customer and he said they can wait. Customers are not a priority to him. Called the owner he said he was busy to email him. I am busy too, sent it May 18th he never responded.Andrews Mechanical Solutions, LLC

Andrews Mechanical solutions is extremely sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience. You are the first customer since we opened the doors in 2017 that has ever had a bad experience, especially with Caimen. I understand your frustration on being told your system would need 2 lbs. of refrigerant and that we couldn't give it to you for free. My technician showed you pictures of the charge prior and after and showed you the readings on the scales as well so you would see exactly what was used. Caimen should have definitely had shoe covers with him ( they are a requirement ,he must of ran out)and should have asked you to hand him the coupon to read to you the add and explain it to you instead of picking up the flyer off the desk. During a typical 99$ service tune up cleaning coils and debris from inside your condenser is not included or in the description on our flyer. I would also like to address that I did not ask you to send me a email because I was busy ,I asked you to send me exactly what happened in a email so I could address it and AMS can improve on it in the future. AMS strives for quality and customer satisfaction and has built its name of honesty and customer service . Again we hate to hear you had a bad experience and we appreciate your feed back.Heather S

It is interesting that I sent you an email on May 18 and to date have never heard back from you. I post this review on the BBB and you respond in less than 24 hrs. You are more concerned with the rating than doing the right thing for your customer. You clearly do not understand what I am frustrated about and that is the problem. You have not listened thoroughly or communicated with me. You did nothing for free, nor did I ask for anything for free. Why would you intentionally antagonize an already unhappy customer by saying that? That is unprofessional. You did send a coupon that I used that indicated if I paid for a service the trip fee would be waived. Every service company I have ever used does that. You were paid $375 and I was in the market for a new AC unit which would have been more money if you would have handled this professionally. Lets correct another error in your statement, Caimen didnt offer to show me the freon charge and scale. I had to walk out to him and make him do that. He was ******* through it doing the minimum to get by. He flashed a number that looked like a 2. I was charged for 3 lbs so that was not clear. Caimen was then going to add the trip fee that you and I had confirmed was free. From my perspective do you see how it looked like I was being overcharged? Another clarification, what you said to me on the phone was you were at your childs game (so you were busy) and it would be easier for you if I sent an email. That was not easier for me, but I took the time to do it and you never responded. How do you think that makes a customer feel? That is not good customer service.I hope you mean what you say about being sorry as this was a very poor customer experience. I would suggest coaching Caimen in the following areas: wear shoe protection in all customers houses, never step on a customers furniture it is disrespectful, never go through a customers mail, be respectful of all customers especially women, answer questions in a polite and helpful manner, when a customer says he is not making them happy with his attitude then change that attitude and be more respectful, explain what you are doing and all that will occur in the call rather than making the customer drag it out of him, better communication between you and Caimen on charges so the customer doesnt feel they are overcharged, much more respect and helpful communication with all customers. Caimens actions and your lack of follow through cost you my business for an AC replacement. It also lost you the business of my neighbors who asked about your service. None of them want to work with a company that treats customers in a disrespectful manner. This was a bad customer experience and your response shows you still dont understand the problem, nor do you want to. You are only concerned about the rating. For these reasons, I would not recommend your company to anyone.
