    In March 2022, we reserved an RV space at the Landing Resort for winter 2023 after confirming with the manager that the reservation fee of $100 would be refunded should we need to cancel. In May 2022, we called and then followed up with the manager in an email to cancel the reservation and asked for the refund of our $100, as promised, which was promised to be sent. After several months of no response, we returned to Zephyrhills in January 2023 and contacted the manager again. She said that she would have to get with the accountant and get back to us. We followed up again two weeks later, after no response and were told that no, they do not return reservation fees, despite what we were told. Trust is important to us. We would have never reserved a space had the manager been honest with us. If one cannot trust a business, why would anyone want to do business with them?
