  Kelly Wolfe, President of Regency, Inc., has also been an officer and/or Registered Agent for numerous medical equipment companies. This profile includes a list of companies that are affiliated with Kelly Wolfe, Schuyler Poppe, and Christine Truglia. These individuals are listed throughout various Division of Corporation filings as officers and/or Registered Agents.
  
  In April 2019, BBB contacted Regency Inc. about its business practices, due to receiving numerous complaints and negative customer reviews filed against a number of medical equipment companies with affiliations to Ms. Wolfe. BBB complaint activity and billing practices are consistent across most of these companies. The medical equipment companies have received a pattern of consumer complaints concerning unauthorized charges billed to Medicare or insurance. Consumers informed BBB that they received unauthorized orders of braces and continuous calls from the businesses, sometimes claiming to be representatives with Medicare or an insurance company to offer "free" braces. Some consumer complaints allege receiving orders despite not answering the phone. Consumer complaints received by those who have answered the phone indicate being transferred to another representative claiming to be a doctor, then being asked a questionnaire about different types of pain although there was no indication that an order was taking place.
  
  For BBB complaints, the medical equipment companies have not addressed consumer requests to provide proof of how the consumer's contact information or Medicare information was obtained; proof that consumers authorized orders to be placed; or proof that consumers authorized the business to bill Medicare/insurance.
  
  BBB's rating for Regency, Inc. reflects BBB's concerns with the business's practices. According to information in BBB files, Regency appears to be a hub for problematic medical equipment companies to conduct business. Regency Inc. has knowledge that its affiliated medical equipment suppliers are using deceptive practices to ship orders and bill Medicare/insurance without authorization.
