She came to my house told be the best way to "trim" my trees. She told me it would be done the way we discussed. When the workers showed up they only had minimal information. Well the next thing I know is half of my big gum tree is gone. When I questioned this he stopped. But the damage had already been done. The whole front of my tree is gone. Now I have no windbreak for my back yard. It is tearing up my greenhouse full of expensive orchids. And now 2-3" branches fall off of the back of my tree everytime the wind blows. They did not do what I wanted done. I surely didn't want my big tree destroyed. Now I have to live forever without it. Do not fall for her lies.

Susan, we're very sorry that you were not happy with your recent tree care. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of pruning in our industry and cut only what is necessary to balance tree health needs with our clients' needs. Your tree care was proposed, performed, and inspected by Board Certified Arborists to ensure that only the right cuts were made. Unfortunately, there was a large amount of dead wood present in your tree. Quite a bit had to come out to reduce the likelihood of failure onto your home. We're very sorry that this was more than you'd anticipated!
