    Murder Mystery in a Box is 100% a scam. Anna M is not a real person. You can't delete your credit card info from their site and they refuse to give any shipping or tacking updates. Dispute started on credit card and new one ordered. Stay FAR away from this company. If you want a Box like this go through Amazon

    Funny how this business responds by calling its customers liars and shielding themselves from criticism by claiming handicapped staff. How convenient! As customers we should be more understanding. What I understand is, when there’s a problem they don’t want to deal with it! There is no way to contact them if you have a problem with shipping and their “policy” regarding shipping problems is also convenient. For them! No tracking. No mention on your membership page if anything has been shipped or not. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company as I refuse to pay for what this, so called, “business” refuses to provide. They do not deserve even a single star in my opinion.

    Should have checked out the reviews before purchasing. Everything they say is true. Communication is horrible. I sent a question about adding to my order -- three "replies" from the infamous Anna, question never answered and then nothing. Tried reaching out via ******** -- again nothing. And I've been nothing but polite and until the last few days, I've had every intention of continuing my subscription. But no mystery box, no communication and now I'm reading all these reviews. I've cancelled my subscription today, but I've paid for the first box in full and haven't received it. It might be a timing thing, and I get that. I'll give them a week, but I've already contacted my bank about disputing the charges and I've cancelled that credit card so the second charge can't go through. There are many subscription boxes out there, I would suggest you stay away from this one unless you like being ignored and paying for something you don't receive.

    We were a customer for a long time but have now canceled because they sent us the same case we've played before. I also emailed their contact us email address and only got an auto reply saying I can cancel. So they lost my business. The customer service seems to be nonexistent. And the product is not cheap so to send us a repeat when we rely on it for date night is not ok. They lost our business.

    I have been trying to cancel this for months. They do not send emails about subscriptions or give you ways to contact them. I have been searching for them for months to figure out how I can contact them. I finally had my credit card dispute the charge, but the company will not respond to the credit card dispute. Don't use this company. When I finally found the source (an online ******** ad) and cancelled, they still will not let me remove my credit card information from their website even after cancelling.

    I have written eight emails to this company, inquiring about a murder mystery that was paid for (confirmed on my credit card statement) but not sent. Nobody picks up the phone and there is no option to leave a message. A couple of my early emails were answered by Anna M. with vague quotes from their website, but I can't get anyone to look at my account and tell me what is going on. I would truly appreciate some customer service.
