      This program is not followed through by an actual coach. You purchase the program then received these low quality videos of workouts and a structured eating plan. You are essentially paying to coach yourself through these programs. The staff does not regularly follow up on you and when there is an issue with the session your purchase the staff gets their information confused and takes a very long time to respond. There is no money back, you purchase it and start and if you get off track you lose out as there is no option of pausing. You have to upload your photos to move to the next phase of your workout. If you dont do this within the time frame of the package your purchase you lose your money.

      I signed up for the 90 day plan. They specifically tell you to read the policies and information before signing up as they do not offer refunds. They even allow you to choose your start date as far out as needed. So far the program is great. I don't necessarily like the meals but eating what i want is what got me overweight in the first place lol. The supplements work well and the program is really working for me. I'm on my first week of the program so I will keep my before and after photos.
